Entre os assuntos abordados estiveram as opera\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas por pessoas f\u00edsicas e jur\u00eddicas, regimes espec\u00edficos do setor imobili\u00e1rio, loca\u00e7\u00e3o por temporada, plataformas como Airbnb, hotelaria, base de c\u00e1lculo, valor de refer\u00eancia e o Cadastro Imobili\u00e1rio Brasileiro (CIB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>IMPORT\u00c2NCIA<\/strong><br><br>Para o presidente da ACE S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o, Candido Alex Pandini, promover eventos de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o faz parte do compromisso da entidade em preparar empres\u00e1rios e profissionais para os desafios do ambiente de neg\u00f3cios.&#8221;A reforma tribut\u00e1ria traz mudan\u00e7as importantes para diversos setores da economia, especialmente o imobili\u00e1rio&#8221;, destacou o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial, Candido Alex Pandini. \u201cNosso objetivo \u00e9 oferecer conhecimento de qualidade para que empres\u00e1rios e profissionais de S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o estejam preparados para esse novo cen\u00e1rio\u201d, completa. <br><br>Para Antonio Baesso Junior, representante do CRC-SP e membro do N\u00facleo de Contadores, embora j\u00e1 esteja em vigor, seus principais efeitos pr\u00e1ticos sobre o mercado imobili\u00e1rio passar\u00e3o a ser sentidos a partir de janeiro de 2027.\u201cO evento trouxe orienta\u00e7\u00f5es importantes para contadores, imobili\u00e1rias e propriet\u00e1rios de im\u00f3veis sobre as novas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es e as mudan\u00e7as que exigir\u00e3o prepara\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SOLIDARIDADE<\/strong><br><br>Al\u00e9m do car\u00e1ter t\u00e9cnico, a iniciativa tamb\u00e9m teve cunho solid\u00e1rio.
