Abaixo, segue comunicado para ci\u00eancia:<br>.<br><em>\u201cDe acordo com a Portaria Estadual CVS- 24, de 14-12-2020 e com o Anexo III do Decreto Estadual n\u00b0 64.994\/2020 (Plano S\u00e3o Paulo),<strong> fica proibida a venda e consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas<\/strong>, ap\u00f3s as 20h nos seguintes estabelecimentos: <strong>com\u00e9rcio varejista e atacadista de mercadorias, como lojas de conveni\u00eancia, padarias, adegas, minimercados, supermercados, hipermercados<\/strong> <strong>e similares<\/strong>.<\/em><br>.<br><em>O descumprimento do estabelecido, acarretar\u00e1 ao estabelecimento, as penalidades estabelecidas na Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Sanit\u00e1ria vigente (autua\u00e7\u00e3o, multa, interdi\u00e7\u00e3o)\u201d.<\/em><br>.<br>Diante do exposto, a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial orienta a todas as empresas que sigam as diretrizes de hor\u00e1rios estabelecidas pelo Decreto Estadual.
