A Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Comercial finalizou neste \u00faltimo domingo mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do festival gastron\u00f4mico Sanduba S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o. O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 14 estabelecimentos entre bares, lanchonetes, emp\u00f3rios e restaurantes, servindo lanches criados especificamente para o per\u00edodo, com pre\u00e7os promocionais entre R$ 9,90 e R$ 29,90. A a\u00e7\u00e3o, que j\u00e1 acontece h\u00e1 cinco anos e tem o objetivo de despertar o gosto pela gastronomia, aconteceu de 14 a 30 de maio e colocou em evid\u00eancia as casas participantes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para Patr\u00edcia Carvalho Salvi, propriet\u00e1ria da lanchonete Burguerl\u00e2ndia, a a\u00e7\u00e3o foi positiva para o seu estabelecimento e ela conta que j\u00e1 est\u00e1 ansiosa para a pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o, \u201co movimento foi muito bom, tivemos pessoas que ainda n\u00e3o conheciam a lanchonete e que ap\u00f3s experimentar o sanduba se tornaram novos clientes. N\u00e3o vejo a hora da pr\u00f3xima edi\u00e7\u00e3o do festival, acredito que ser\u00e1 melhor ainda\u201d, <\/em>afirma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cOs festivais gastron\u00f4micos s\u00e3o eventos esperados pelo sanjoanense e fazem parte do calend\u00e1rio da cidade. Desta vez, as restri\u00e7\u00f5es de atendimento presencial obrigaram as casas participantes a focar tamb\u00e9m no delivery, caracter\u00edstica marcante para esse per\u00edodo de pandemia. O retorno foi positivo n\u00e3o s\u00f3 para os participantes, mas tamb\u00e9m para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o, que teve oportunidade de experimentar novas receitas e sabores\u201d<\/em>, afirmou o gerente da ACE, Raphael de Padua Medeiros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n O evento contou com o patroc\u00ednio do app sanjoanense Gingo.
